Megatourism is an alternative to a proposed masterplan in South Korea. The porous structure is only 1/100th the size of the current proposal yet provides twice the population density. These images focus on the 2 main aspects of the scheme - an inhabitable grotto megastructure to be built along an existing dyke, and a hydroelectric city.
